Solar Troubles quest
I found 2/3 Piles of Solar Cells.

I looked all over the Santos Joint area and still haven't found the last one, I believe I missed it

The ones I found are one in the Underground 1 area and one in the cargo "elevator"

Does anyone have any idea where the last one is?

So all of them were on underground 1 level? What cargo elevator?

If you enter Santos Join trough south-west entrance then in the middle building just behind the orange container there will be cargo elevator and one solar panels on it. Two other solar panels are in level 1 underground
