You can get it by taking a Chef's Cookbook and a Front's Handybook and crafting them into the Front's cookbook. Then you need to take a DiY Book and an Electrical Guide and craft them together to get the Architect's Almanac. Then you need to take a Military Orientation and a Medical Orientation and craft them into a Field Manual. Finally you take the Front's Cookbook, Architect's Almanac and Field Guide and craft them into an Encyclopedia. If you don't know where any of those are i can tell you where to find them.

Front's Handyman can be found in the unmarked town next to Santos Joint in the deadzone or in Alto da Serra

big issue i havent been able to find any map revealing items :sob:

so i have zero clue where im going tbh

ive spent an hour or 2 trying to farm a camp site

Alto da Serra is next to train tracks so if you could find the train tracks and then follow them until you find a town with a small train station and a medical tent next to it then you have found Alto da Serra. You will also know its Alto if the town has ranger spawns and zombies wearing bandanas and sunglasses. Other than that i can't think of any other ways I can help.
