Ok, found all of them: There are four things required: 1 note in one of the houses on the small street in northeast Rio de Janerio, and 1 note and two books in Alto de Serra in a red house.

I'd like to make a remark about Azbats' comment about the "written materials" there are actually 3 items that you have to collect, two of them are located in Alto da Serra in the biggest red house with a "U" shape. There will be a book lying on a shelf on the second floor and a note lying on a bed in a left room, also on a second floor. The last piece is located in "slums" of Rio De Janeiro, there is a cyan building near "two pine trees" on a chart (press m to view the chart), somewhere in the North-West of the city, near the BOPE headquarters, the building is pretty noticable and the note should be on the second floor, on a table.
