Man's Best Friend Quest
So I have found the dog bed(In the basement), and I know where to get pet food (Grocery stores), but I cant seem to find the dog Bowls, does anyone know where they are?

You can get them from Grandma Rosa.

I did try this but she just says her normal dialogue and says nothing about bowls or anything, did it break?

Maybe but i'm not 100% sure because i had to re-do all the quests and when i got back to it again I was able to talk to her and get them from her with no issues.
