Broken Drills? [Fixes/Ideas]
I am straight up Copy/Pasting this from another Comment on another Drill, but this is potentially the Problem, I have not Researched this yet.

I'm having problems with the drills currently, it seems that keen added in 2 new parameters to the drill definition, which when missing cause the drills to do nothing. From what I can tell, you need to add

<CutOutRadius>3.8</CutOutRadius> <CutOutOffset>1.5</CutOutOffset>
to the large drill and
<CutOutRadius>1.1</CutOutRadius> <CutOutOffset>0.3</CutOutOffset>

to the small drill. I don't know what these do, however it fixed to drills for me.
