temporary fix to not being able to remove the water
this fix doesn't remove the water but does allow for visibility of more than 3m, download a mod called crystal water (steamworkshop) and u should be able to see underneath the water

edit: forgot to add that when ur under the water the water surface does have texture glitches that could potentially cause seizures
