I actually found some secrets:

-there's a hidden Gnome behind some boxes

-a helicopter will occasionally take a stroll around the map and then fly away

-beheading all snowmen in the map will turn everything slithery

-finding all hidden posters will spawn the MISSING BOOTH

on a sidenote...what is SAFE VAULT and why is there so much security?
