Hi! Unfortunately, when installing mods through Steam, the "Mods" tab doesn’t appear because Steam doesn’t add the required file to the "Documents" folder. Sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, this is an issue on Steam's side, and I can't do anything about it.

At least, can you add a method to add this file in the mod description ?

do you have a bug with the character or animal descriptions? in my bestiary, character and tutorial, I can't find any text, do you have that too?

after some tinkering, there are the steps to install the mod correctly

1. Subscribe to the mod
   
2. go to the mod folder C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\292030\3399629384 for me
   
3. copy the bin file to the Witcher 3 folder, (steam>browse localfile) there is already a bin folder, replace files if asked
   
   
   if you use directx11 :
4. open %game folder%\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\dx11filelist.txt
   
5. add "Vlad.xml;" add the end of the files (like in the dx12 version)

After this the menu appear (there is no text, but I can select it) and the bestiary work correctly

Please do the following so it is easier for everyone:

1. Add the modified dx11 file to the mod so we can skip step 4 and 5
   
2. add first step of this guide in the mod description, so people can know how to install it correctly
