It's the hall with the reds light near one of the spawnpoints of the map.

Is it that red/blue hallway from one of the screenshot in the gallery of this map? I don't understand you because it's entirely made out of gmod basic textures

Thank you for providing a screenshot! I think it's most probably problem on your side because textures in this corridors are "brick/brickwall008a" which from judging by the name - are basic Gmod textures. I believe you can even use them with "texture" tool in Gmod. I asked my friend and he didn't report anything wrong with the map. So I can't really help me, I'm sorry that youre having this problem because you can't really enjoy the map fully. Also check the gallery of this map page, to see what I mean.
