I can't see my model!

Can't see my model!

For some reason, when the thirdperson mode is enabled, only appears as both arms of the model. The rest of the body is not visible.
Also, I can't customize the crosshair color or opacity, just the type and the size.
Does anyone have a solution? I 've seen I am not the only one. I even tessted with the "obsolete" version.
