the description for [1.4] Vanilla Factions Expanded - Medieval says it will break your saves on 1.5 however your description says this list is for 1.5. so is this mod safe to use? or should I unsub from it. also will the xml file work if i ommit a mod?

Edit: sorry it is tagged as 1.5 compatible, your description does not mention the version.

Are these errors normal after strictly following your instructions and adding XML extensions since a mod seemed to require it?

Yes, they’re not game breaking. You may need to disable auto-popup. It’s a setting up the top of the error log you sent. Unfortunately I didn’t know anything about Rimworld modding when I made the mod list otherwise I would’ve made an effort to patch some of the errors.

im experiencing some errors i didn’t get a raid like its only 2-3 then after that no raids is there a fix?

Are you playing in 1.5 or 1.6? I’m not sure I can be much help, the mod pack was made for 1.5 but I imagine many of the mods here are now updated to 1.6. If you can give me some details on your version, I might be able to help.
