We've gone through the trouble of bringing the cell to the heart in the submerged superstructure and everytime we get in there and try doing anything the cell just activates like it does anywhere else and drops on the ground. No amount of waiting fixes it and nothing I can do will resolve it. Tried with all players in the room, only one player in the lobby, and even spawning in new ones to try and fix it. Help?
