It's not working anymore, i even reinstalled HL2

the weapons sound pack also does not change anything anymore

mod works fine for me. are you sure you're not using the pre-20th anniversary version? if you are, try uninstalling all mods and subscribing only to mine to check if another mod is causing a conflict. if it still doesn't work, navigate to the half life 2 directory, uninstall the game via steam, and delete the entire half-life 2 folder to do a complete uninstall.
