How to play 1 vs 1 with a friend on a workshop map:

Download Radmin VPN [www.radmin-vpn.com]
Create a new network in Radmin VPN and share its login and password with your friend
Open Steam, go to CS2 launch options, and enter the command: -insecure
Both players must download the desired map from the Steam Workshop
The host launches CS2, starts the map, and shares their Radmin VPN IP address with the friend
The friend connects using the console command: connect [host's IP address]
