The Goon's Goggles
Two Styles?
There could be two styles of this hat. One with the goggles up, and one with the goggles on, and if they are on, they could tint the screen slightlly orange.

The hat is fully certified to be compatible with TF2, and while it may not be accepted, it is still possible.

meh, I would use the goggles down style if it didn't have a screen tint.
that I think is a good idea because that was kind of irritating me out but you dont the the orange tint but I do think it should be only a sniper hat because it has the looks

Uh, what?
Goggles up and goggles down style, like the barnstormer, right?

All class would be better, Soldier, Demoman, Heavy, and Medic would look like badasses with this.

Actually, the importer (what makes an item certified compatible) does not support styles. However, the creators of the item could upload an alternate version of the model and let Valve choose, which version gets used.

So basically there are no community-made hats with styles? Or does Valve just edit the model to make the new styles?

valve might accept it depending on how mean people vote for it to be in the game

Styles used to be supported and old communty items had them, but after the importer was implemented (what makes items 'Certified Compatible') they are no longer supported, so no post-importer cosmetics that have been accpeted have styles.
After the importer, people have tried to upload styles as seprate contributions to the workshop, but Valve has never done anything with these alternate versions.

I don't think lots of votes will help get this item accepted with styles ( its a really nice item though, so I think it will get accepted, just without styles). The only way to have styles is to upload without the importer and Valve hasn't accepted any cosmetics that aren't Certified Compatible (using the importer is what makes items Certified Compatible), since they released the importer.

(This may all be a non-issue though, becuase the creators may not even be interested in making a version that has the goggles being worn.)
Maybe no tint because everything will look like jarate :{ Good Idea though!
