"AI nations will only start with human populations."
They shouldn't be recruiting any other species. They never did when I were playing when I created this mod.

If the mod isn't working for you, it may be because its version is outdated. What you then can do is just download the mod, add it to your local mod folder and change the mod version. This should work for most mods you encounter that are outdated.

If this still doesn't enforce AI to only have humans, post a report in the bug report thread.
