There's a visual bug in the beginning of part two, with the water when you jump down the clearing. It darkens before that, and then goes to normal.

Whenever you die or load a save, the menu ui disappears. (You can still interact but it's just invisible) This has been a bug for a few mods I've played, it might be linked to custom ui text/sounds?

There are missing textures in pause menu windows, no subtitles.

Error! Flag "$vertexcolor" is multiply defined in material "overlays/reedmat001"!

SOLID_VPHYSICS static prop with no vphysics model! (models/props_foliage/ivy_01.mdl)

There are many problems like this in console output.

In the sequence where you defend yourself from waves on enemies, on the cliff with the lighthouse, there is always softlock. Once it was combine under textures where I couldn't find. This time, third actually, there are dropships doing some kind of deed.

There is a hud layout error, happens when loading a game from this campaign.

If it helps any, putting on GOD and NOCLIP and flying down through the helipad into the water seems to have fixed it for me.

There is a crosshair.. you probably have many addons enabled that is messing with crosshair disable all addons then restart hl2 and play the campaign

Turn off addons that conflict with game_sounds_manifest.txt
This may include campaigns with custom voice acting or weapon reanimation mods that change which and how sounds play
