in the level section you can select this unnamed secret 7th map which takes place in the Big Tesco area. Once you complete the level though it sends you to the 5th level "Return to Glub City". My guess is that you would get send to this level depending on your choice at the beginning of The Holdout (left or right). Idk i don't see a difference when i pick either sides.
