Admin does not work
The map creator seems to have disabled the admin feature so that randoms can join your public match and troll as much as they want, throwing themselves into the abyss or giving friendly fire. It seems that the map creators don't play the game or created the map to be played only among friends.
Admin is the best anti-troll addon for Left 4 Dead 2, if a random person comes in trolling, you can easily become immortal and unload your weapon on them and still leave them as a spectator, it's so satisfying.

it may not grant you the same satisfaction as activating godmode and killing the griefing player, but it will achieve your goal nonetheless, and arguably even more efficiently so

It only appears to break one particular version of admin menu anyway, can literally just use an alternative if cheating is so essential to you.

It is possible to kick the player if you are the host through the console, but until you do that he has already trolled the game or do you think you can type his name faster than receiving shotgun shots on expert? Even more so when there are special letters that not even the game recognizes, and it is also not possible to know when the random decides to troll the game.

All you need to kick someone is the user ID which you can find in the console.
