Bugged
Pure Isaac works completely fine but every single other one lacks their unique clothing and items. Really frustrating. Cain has a bandage over his eyes but otherwise nothing has changed.

When Pure Cain takes damage his knight helmet briefly shows up but once he is out of the damage animation it vanishes again.

Is Pure Judas supposed to randomly take damage when he has used his q ability?

The soul isn't touching anything yet he keeps taking damage as long as enemies are in a room, even if they're nowhere near?
