hold c, clck on the player model button? is it a button? i dunno but it says player model, click on the anya and throw a grenade nder yourself to respawn and make th player model work

Hold c on the top left of your screen once you are in a garry's mod server, select the playermodel icon and there should appear a playermodel selection screen on the center.
