-detective beyond whisperer (unlocked by making detective and teoh phase two interact)
-Tester but cool (unlocked by activating testers head and making him swap with the great machine)
-Primordial dwade (unlocked by touching dwade with the protective rune)

For AG 3.0, you simply just keep giving him the nanite bank. Awakened Zothra, pretty sure you just put the soul fragment into the shell and wait for a bit.
