There is a light inconsistency in the materials of the floating steel counter in the tile definition (fixtures_counters_erika_02_4 and fixtures_counters_erika_02_5). The materials correspond to a wooden counter rather than a steel counter.

These tiles are meant to be used in custom map mods. If you use them in debug mode, then issues like that can happen.

Hello, in your mod the object Chain Band Saw does not work, after its creation, it is impossible to interact with it and use it for its intended purpose, although in build 42 it is possible, please pay attention, fix it, I will be very grateful :)

I don't have a chain band saw in this tilepack. Are you maybe confusing it with a other mod? The image url you linked does not work.
