The map used
So the map used here for the act 1 base was ravenbrookssandbox i assume this because when opening the map in mods it has the nickname "ravenbrooks" same as the file for the umap in the ravenbrookssandbox ANYWAYS the ModDB link is here https://www.moddb.com/games/hello-neighbor/addons/sandbox-raven-brooks

UPD its a little complicated but
you need to put the maps for the sandbox map and all that into a content folder of an existing mod for the maps.

This mod has been the major lead in my 2 year search for act 1 umap. and because of this i finally have a good base for things like custom houses and Different puzzles with act 1 house.
