Personally I think that this only works for maps that support this addon.

1.custom game screen
2. Map options
3. Win condition
4.Choose which one (E.X. Annihilation 250 pop cap)

i dont get what this does(Truely), i see the picture i think it makes it so you can only capture front line to keep the war on the front lines rather than infantry sneaking past or getting air dropped in behind lines to piss people off or when AI acts like ANTS :) (Is what i believe this does?)

its not very hard to figure it out... I dont know why people dont get how to make it work

That # that limits your unit count, this allows you to modify that cap so you can have larger scale battles with more units.

Personally, I always thought 100 was WAY too low a pop cap to begin with, especially given the cost of tanks means your armor deminishes to 6-7 tanks as your entire army. I've got another pop cap mod that limits to light armor and infantry...the battles are insanely more interesting.

This is how you use the mod. Go to (Custom Game - Map Options - Win Conditions) Its all in there, also if you get poopy FPS just turn off V-Sync it helps.
