I get this as well. I don't think this was happening when I was not loading any mod (tuning pack). It started when I began using Spearhead mod. Loads at first with 150 popcap then after saved game load goes to 225.

I too got that problem. I set it to 200 then later it dropped to 150?

I have the same problem.
After loading, with or without tuning pack it will drop down to 125 pop cap.

I tried to create a mod for this purpose myself, but I run into the exact same issue where it will revert the popcap to 125 after loading.

I don't understand where this 125 popcap is coming from, if it's going to revert than it should revert to the default value of 100, not 125 which isn't designated anywhere.
Also not in this mod.

Im in the same boat. Start the match with 500 pop cap and if i load any saved game it reverts back to 165. I dont know why that exact number but its very annoying. looks like no one has a cause or fix yet
