You didn't bind the commands in options or you are in versus gamemode or any other that doesn't allow mods.

Sure if you find anything interesting and worth adding imma think about putting it into the vocalizer!

Yeah I made it, I used "Helrika's Vocalizer" as a help of making it

-Can I use this on versus?
Yes, you can BUT you must do the glitch that allows you to use mods on versus.

-Why I can't use some menus?
There is a command in options named "extras" where you choose which campaign you are currently playing if you choose the wrong one or none at all you won't be able to use some menus.
