Does Animated Props have support for this? If so, then it's likely that Ragdoll Puppeteer should also be able to do this, too (though I will need to see for myself once I get GMod running)
I think I understand your question a bit more. The tool only lists all the poses provided for that ragdoll, but it does not directly copy and paste the pose and frame from an NPC, to another ragdoll. It sounds like an interesting feature. I'll put that on the issue tracker[github.com] for me to look at in the future
Remember when I wrote that it would be great if the Puppeteer Floor spawned on the ground instead of in air? Well, I just thought that, why not make it a feature through a checkbox again? Originally, before you added the Puppeteer Floor, there was a checkbox of an option if you want to snap a ragdoll to the ground. So I was thinking, why not restore it? This way, it would be optionable just like before! I really miss that feature....
As I mentioned before, the floor gives you as much flexibility to pose the puppeteer in any place, so this includes wherever ground that you wish to position the puppeteer.
Unfortunately, I still fail to see a need for the ‘Teleport to Ground’ function. The most recent update includes a height slider which offsets the puppeteer from the floor. You can find this under the Offsets category. This should give you the option to move the puppeteer closer to the ground, along with the old angle sliders for pose adjustment. I’ll assume that that hasn’t helped you in some way if you’ve worked with this feature.
Despite that, I still do wish to cooperate with you with the problem that you’re having. Make a discussion post here showing me what you’re striving to accomplish, and I’ll see what I can do
That’s a good idea. I’ve been thinking about this before, but I haven’t found a good implementation for it. I’ll track this[github.com] just in case, so I’ll get around updating with this feature and other ones that come along
