First five lobotomies are relatively safe (death chance starts at 7% and increases with each lobotomy) and if the game is not harder by that point I would be surprised, but I get your point, I may add an chemical lobotomization process that has no death chance but will 100% result in bad effects, also in the futute I will add more effects and overhaul this mod to include a wider range of features.
