Check my mod if you have updated it, most people don't have the problem you mentioned

i reinstalled from steam both urban ruins and CE, viped LocalLow/Ludeon folder. Still nothing

Unless the Mod dev actually forgot to upload the update it is likely is steam ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with you. This is normal by steam standards to not update mods.

When reinstalling the mods follow these steps, go into the workshop folder and delete the mods there, steam labels them by numbers so they should be listed as (3316062206) and (2890901044)
these two mod files are located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100"

After deleting them then verify your game installation through steam, steam will begin checking the game and then will do a 2nd check for mods. that's when steam will finally actually update your mods.

For example I just verified my game and 13 mods were updated, even though steam was telling me that everything was updated before.

If done correctly you should see a new folder in this mod called "CE"
I can confirm the mod does have CE support and I am using both CE and this mod

No, im still with steam version. Also I was tryng to move CE compatibility folder into the CE folder itself, but still not working

You just need to delete the local version of CE and place CE on top of this mod

No, im still with steam version. Also I was tryng to move CE compatibility folder into the CE folder itself, but still not working

The developer of CE said that the local CE would affect the mods in the mod list, so either delete the workshop CE or delete the local CE
