I'm aware that some players are unable to use my mods on different platforms. And I've considered uploading my mods there, in addition to Steam. But there are a few reasons as to why I haven't yet.
Firstly, Steam is the platform that I'm most familiar with. It's a superior platform with more features and a better user experience.
Secondly, tracking user statistics is easier when uploading to only one platform. Which is supported by Steam's superior data analysis tools. This also makes it easier to manage uploads, address issues, and communicate with the community.
Finally, I work a lot. I'm developing multiple projects. I endeavor to invest the appropriate time and effort into each of them. And familiarizing myself with other platforms is not presently a priority.
As I continue to progress in my endeavors, I may upload to platforms other than Steam. And I will communicate and post updates whenever I do so.
