Simple Silencers
Animation Error after shooting Firearm with Suppressor equipped.
There is a pretty severe error apparently caused by shooting with a firearm equipped with a normal suppressor.

The player and zombie models, as well as some world objects disappear and the game stutters nearly to a halt. Also hundred of errors get thrown in rapid succession.

This either happens during combat or when browsing through containers like shelves, etc.

It doesn't happen with makeshift suppressors or when melee combat is used, only after equipping and firing a firearm with a normal suppressor.

Playing with Firearms B42 and Vanilla Firearm Magazine Expansion.

Game version: B42.12.1

Here is the last error logged:

[05-10-25 04:39:22.706] ERROR: General f:225935, t:1759631962706> ExceptionLogger.logException> Exception thrown java.lang.StackOverflowError at AnimationPlayer.isReady(AnimationPlayer.java:276). The last line gets repeated over and over again until the game is closed.

Cool mod, but this is a bit game breaking. Hope it is fixable.

Cheers!

EDIT:

I have removed the shin guards, which I have obtained from the gun store in Irvington at the same time as the normal suppressors and it seems to work for now. Might have to test this out in a more busy scenario though. Could be there is some kind of weirdness with the shin guards and gun fighting. \_O_O_/

EDIT2:

Unfortunately, the issue persists when using a suppressed firearm in a more populated area. Need further investigation, I'll need to test this without this mod to see if it persists.

EDIT3: Tested every possible combination and the only way to avoid it is not to use firearms. Looks like this mod is not causing this issue and might be just coincidental the errors started to appear once I was starting to use this mod's suppressor.
