cant comment so I will ask here, remove if against rules.
was wondering if the game lists pregnancy as impossible even if mod is loaded, like in the social tab where you can change if they should actively work on a baby? I'm not seeing a change in my game with this download.:steamsalty:

@ashtoredriver If the two pawns have non-zero fertility, it should show pregnancy as possible and allow you to set the pregnancy approach as normal. Does it provide a reason for why pregnancy is not possible?

It says same gender so no pregnancy possible.

That honestly sounds like either the mod isn't even enabled or another mod is overriding its functionality. Do you have other mods enabled as well?

I had the same problem, I decided to just try putting it almost to the top of the list - underneath the Rimworld offical DLCS - and it fixed the issue! It looks like it gets grumpy if its at the bottom of the mod list. I hope this helps! :spider_dance:
