Broken shader?

On all models a broken shader appears that makes the model rainbow when you stand in the light, I don't know what this could be connected with, but when you go into the shadows this shader disappears, I posted a screenshot in the profile because I can't put it here

What the problem was?, I also encounter too but i couldn't figure out what it cause
