Use the total entity replacer. You can replace medkits and health vials with anything.

Add a joke version of the pills so when you equip it, a sound of Louis says "Pills Here!".
your hands disappear on that very specific part of the medkit healing animation with the suture kit
Can you make compatible with VIVO | Health Overhaul ?
what about L4D2 pills and adrenaline reskins?
you could make the pills instantly give you 50 hp then it adds 10 hp overtime
could be cool if you got food swep from that one stalker mod which lets you have consumable animations

make an arc9 version with TPIK so u get third person animtations
Make weapons don't dissappear after ammo is 0 option?
