Hello everyone,
This is the first update to my collection, and I want to start by thanking you for your support, awards, and attention. I truly appreciate it and will strive to update and improve the collection whenever possible, keeping your suggestions in mind.
What's New:
Added Mods:
-Statues Of CK3
-Holy Roman Triumph
-More Buildings
-More Buildings Slots
-Better Ruler Designer
-Artifact Claims Nerf - No House Claims Against Dynasty
-Lowborn Rise
-Population Control (Reduce late-game lag)
Removed Mods:

-(USE LITE) Interaction Icon Project Full
I haven’t added these mods to the collection or playset because not everyone might enjoy them. However, for those seeking a more challenging experience, I recommend:
Dark Ages: For a harder game.
Chat GPT Flavor Pack (Complete): For added immersion.
I've refined my playset and reorganized the load order for better stability. To make it easier for you, I've provided a direct download link for my playset:
Download Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KTaBdBSwBYfL5jxTCNO14pZrwJP51bwL/view?usp=sharing
How to Import the Playset:
Download the .json file from Google Drive.
Open the CK3 Launcher.
Go to Playsets.
Click the slider in the top right corner to view all your playsets.
Select "Import Playset".
Drag and drop the .json file into the import box.
A green check mark should appear if done correctly.
Close and reopen the CK3 Launcher to see the new playset.
That's it for this update. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please let me know.
Hello everyone,
This is the second update for "My Own Immersion Mod." I'd like to start by thanking you all for the awards, kind words, and support, especially when dealing with issues like bugs or crashes. Your help has been invaluable. Special thanks to xteufelx , who identified two issues with the collection and assisted in resolving them.
What's New?
Removed Mods:
-Unique Decision Illustrations: This mod no longer adds significant value as the decisions to call a hunt and host a feast are now part of the game mechanics. These decisions do not initiate any event chains or offer any meaningful benefits, so I've decided to remove this mod.
-IR Terrain, Darker Paper Sea, Simple Border, and Snow With Some Patches: These mods have been replaced with "Ultimate Graphics Collection (Revamped)," which compiles all these features and more, streamlining the collection and enhancing the game's visual appeal.
Added Mods:
-Ultimate Graphics Collection (Revamped): A comprehensive mod that combines IR Terrain, Darker Paper Sea, Simple Border, and Snow With Some Patches, along with additional enhancements, making the collection more compact and visually appealing.
-Alert Manager: This straightforward mod allows you to customize your notifications, choosing what you want to be alerted about and what you don't.
-Warden Vassal Contract: Adds an option in the vassal contract window to designate a vassal as a warden. Under this contract, the vassal provides 50% less tax and levies but is obligated to defend the liege in both internal and external defensive wars, contributing all their forces.
-Brighter Portraits Final Version: This mod brightens character portraits, making them more vibrant.
-Search For Court Chronicler: Adds a decision in the minor decisions tab to search for a court chronicler, an option not available in the base game, which helps in finding better chroniclers.
-Culture List View: Replaces the text for a culture's heritage and language in the culture window with buttons that open a Culture List View, similar to the vanilla religion window's 'other faiths' pop-out. It includes sort and filter options for better management.
-Traditions Art +: Enhances the cultural traditions with new art, making them more appealing than the base game. It includes necessary patches for compatibility:
Traditions Art + Culture Expanded submod
Traditions Art + Rice submod
I've also updated the playset with these new mods and created a new playset JSON file, which is available for download on Google Drive.

For those who prefer the old playset, it will remain available for download in the previous update link. If the download link stops working, message me, and I’ll provide the JSON file and update the link.
I would like to give all the credit to the creators of these mods for making this collection and many others possible. They deserve all the recognition for their hard work, and if you like this collection, please visit the creators’ pages and show your appreciation for their efforts.
That's it for this update. I hope you enjoy the new additions. As always, if you encounter any issues with the playset or mods, whether it's load order, performance, bugs, or crashes, please let me know.
Cheers!
Hello everyone,
I want to begin by sincerely thanking all of you for your incredible support. Your upvotes, awards, and contributions have been invaluable. A special thank you to everyone who took the time to play the modpack and report any bugs or issues—your feedback has been crucial, and I truly appreciate it.
This isn't a typical update but more of an announcement regarding the future of the modpack. As many of you are likely aware, Crusader Kings 3 recently released its new DLC, Roads to Power. Unfortunately, with this release, the current modpack has become outdated and is mostly unplayable due to several factors, including outdated mods and new game mechanics that conflict with the existing mods.
As a result, the modpack will be put on hold for a few weeks. This pause will allow the modding community time to update their creations and introduce even better mods. Once that happens, I plan to update and rebuild the modpack using these newly updated and released mods.
I anticipate that the next version of the modpack will be ready sometime next month, but I can't guarantee an exact date until more mods are fully compatible with the new DLC. My goal remains to create one of the best immersion modpacks available, and I want to take the necessary time to ensure it provides a complete and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Until then, I wish you all a great day, and may your path always lead to power.
Cheers!
It’s been a few months since I last updated this collection, but before diving in, I want to take a moment to say something personal. I know this is a bit late, but I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas surrounded by family and loved ones. As we’re approaching the end of the year, I also want to wish you a happy and prosperous New Year in advance!
I initially planned to release this update on Christmas Day as a small gift to everyone who enjoys my collection. Unfortunately, time wasn’t on my side, but as the saying goes, “better late than never.” Now, let’s get to the exciting part.
I’m thrilled to announce that after much effort, testing, and tweaking, "My Own Immersion Mod" is finally updated and fully compatible with the latest version of the game! 🎉
Removed Mods:
Many of the previous mods in the collection have been removed. This was necessary for several reasons—some are no longer compatible with the latest version of the game, others conflict with newer and better mods, and a few simply haven’t been updated by their creators yet.
One notable mod I want to mention is Culture Expanded, which remains a fan favorite. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been updated yet, but rest assured, I’ll add it back to the collection as soon as it’s available.
New Mods Added:
To compensate for the removals, I’ve added a range of new mods that I believe you’ll enjoy. These bring fresh content, mechanics, and features to the game, enhancing immersion and making your campaigns even more engaging and fun. I hope they’ll inspire countless hours of gameplay.
To make things easier for everyone, here is the JSON file of the playset, which includes the correct load order.
Download the JSON file here:

If you encounter any issues with the load order or have recommendations for improvements, please don’t hesitate to share them with me!
Credits to Mod Creators:
I want to remind everyone that I’m not the creator of any of the mods included in this collection. All the credit and gratitude go to the talented modders and their teams who dedicate their time and creativity to enriching the game. My role is simply to curate, test, and ensure compatibility between these amazing mods.
Potential Issues:
While I’ve tested the collection extensively, there’s always a chance that certain mods might become outdated or cause issues over time. If you encounter any crashes or problems, please don’t hesitate to let me know. If possible, provide details about what happened and why you think it occurred—it’ll help me troubleshoot and address the issue more effectively.
As we close out 2024, I want to thank you for supporting and enjoying this collection. I wish you all a joyful New Year—may 2025 bring you health, happiness, and the fulfillment of your goals.
Cheers!
It has been a few months since the last update, and after extensively playing with the collection myself, I realized it needed more polishing. While the previous version was functional and decent, it still did not fully meet my standards.
During this time, I have been fixing bugs, resolving compatibility issues, and testing mods together to ensure a better experience. With that said, I am happy to present the new and improved version of My Own Immersion Mod!
I’ll keep it short and to the point:
- Removed most mods that added little or nothing to the overall immersion this collection aims to provide.
- The previous version suffered from overloading, which reduced performance and even caused crashes for lower-end PCs. This was a mistake on my part, and I have worked to fix it.
- After carefully testing and removing problematic mods, I introduced new ones that fit better with the theme.
- The collection has now been balanced and optimized, ensuring it runs smoothly and without issues.
To make things easier, I’ve provided a JSON file with the correct load order for the playset.
