wheres is him?

If citizens or lets say, a father grigori. start getting killed for no reason for you, spawn in a seagull. it'll spawn in a "homeless_seagullking"

Spotlight in the sky?

Anyone else notice a strange stationary spotlight that looks around the map that just so happens to be invisible.
I can kill it by shooting at it a few times then it leaves this smoke effect, idk is this even apart of the mod?
(Kinda makes it incontinent to take some beautiful screenshots tbh...)
