I have a texture problem aswell
I have CSS, hl1, hl2, DOD content and I still am missing textures on this map. I have subscribed to rockford v1, rockford v2, hospital fix, and the rockford materials/models addon and no fix.

try joining and then leaving 5 times and then the 5th time all the texture packs sould be there it worked for me :)
