- add a "faction" trait for k_spqr senators
- if a praetor and/or a consul and/or a dictator of the k_spqr faction has a frontier title, he can now raise the legions correctly
- cleanup of the "sales" code from 1.0.0 in SPQR events for "brutii_maison"
- cleanup of the "sales" code from 1.0.0 in SPQR events for "julii_maison"
- cleanup of the "sales" code from 1.0.0 in SPQR events for "scipii_maison"
