Okay, so you've subscribed to the mod and you've got it enabled in-game, evidently enough. So...
Step 1: Download the custom Assembly-CSharp.dll file from the Google Drive link in this mod's description.
Step 2: Navigate to this directory: /steamapps/common/Madness Project Nexus 2/MadnessProjectNexus_Data/Managed/
Step 3: Take the file you downloaded in Step 1 and put it in that folder, overwriting the Assembly-CSharp.dll already in there.

The issue you're describing here is caused by the game failing to find an Assembly-CSharp.dll file to read from.
Using a program like dnSpy to replace the contents of the base Assembly-CSharp.dll with the contents of the custom one MIGHT work but I'm not sure. In theory, it would, but in practice, unexpected things can happen.

Probably doesn't do anything but check to see if that works. You might have to reinstall or verify the games files to get the original assembly back.
