Mod crash on designer and missing tank and plane designer.
Hi, I wanted to try this mod, but everytime I click on ship designer game crashes. I disabled all my mods, verified files, put it in its own playlist, reinstalled both mod and game, but it still crashes. I hope I didn't overlooked something, I am kinda stupid. this is crash error log:

I have also noticed that tank and plane designer( at least for US pacific states ) is missing. thank you for help!

PS: I have all DLCs, my PC is good enough too
