Hacking Fuchi Mission Bug, different than prior discussed
Have been playing through Darkness Falls Part 1 on most current version of Dragonfall Standalone version of SRR. Have a only partially repeatable series of issues with the Hacking Fuchi mission. Among these are the following:

Belladonna's party join not occurring, and her sprite remaining stationary and inactive through the entirety of the matrix portion of the mission.

A secondary problem which seems to be related to the above in which an out of bounds error occurs disallowing exit from the missions map area through the final orange highlited objective marker. Thus trapping the player character in perpetuity in the mission area in such a way that requires rewind of the players save.

Also a possible problem with the entire mission dependant on weather the player makes a quick or full manual save during the mission. The occurance of either of those two actions seems to disallow attachment of the Belladonna sprite to appropriate scripts. Without those actions weather the Belladonna sprite links with it's associated initial party join upon passing or moving near her in the matrix is still iffy, but possible.

The occurrances here have really left me scratching my head, and has been the only problem in any way that I have encoutered in the modules.

So far I have attempted play through on the mission 5 times in various different ways to try and sus out the why's of the problem, but am sorely undereducated in the module generation suite of the game to attempt to dig further into the problem. Though as a bonus from this I have discovered how to trigger the dev console in game. Neat find that.

I ran through and made a few adjustments, but I'm not seeing exactly what isn't working for you. It all worked as it should on my end.

nope. it doesn't work for me either. I get the exact same bug that the OP here mentioned:

as soon as I enter the matrix to help belladonna, the rest of her crew in meatspace disappears, she just stands there in the matrix, and the only room I can interact with is the next one.

I can kill the IC there, access the node for some information (not the file you're looking for)... and that's it.

I cannot proceed further. if i try to enter the next area of the matrix, it spits me back to the previous area.

and bella just stands there.

this mission is very broken.

again, the OP is also correct about the save issue. If you restart the level, and DO NOT SAVE, EVER, then I can proceed within the matrix, and Bella's scripts work.

also, even though it appears to work, whenever you kill a "sparky", the game hangs for about 15 seconds.

...and finally... this is supposed to be Belladona's show, with you assisting. the decking checks should be on her, not you.
