fps goes up and down
i don't know why did this i tried to unstall a few addons but still there i tried gmod_mcore_test 1
but that did NOT WORKK!!!!!!!! WHYYYY!!!!!!!

You likely have one or more addons that are not optimized for a map of this size. Try temporarily disabling everything else and then restarting the game. If that improves performance, re-enable your addons in small groups until you find the ones that were causing the issue.
