NPCs or other sightings like these are not part of this map. It's caused by something else you have installed and will likely appear in other maps as well. Some people have reported that it's part of the gm_construct 13 beta map.

most obvious reason gm_construct 13 beta map or any other that track your maps and put sempers second reason haunt mods third reason undentified stuff
