Textures Missing?!?!
The city textures and pavement roads are missing but the dirt roads are working, the trees are there too just the city is full of pink/black textures. I redownloaded cs:s, gmod and the map but its still not different.

Try temporarily disabling all other addons and then restarting the game. Most of these textures are included in GMod by default, so you probably have something else installed that's breaking them.

Yeah, I don't have any addons installed and its still broken. Is there a manual thing to delete inside the garrysmod folder maybe?

This also happens in the console. Failed, using default cubemap 'engine/defaultcubemap'???

the bottom of the water texture is missing

Here's how I fixed it...
-Uninstall Gmod in Steam by right clicking it.
-Go to C or D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod and delete anything in it.
Don't know why but removing any trace of Gmod before reinstalling fixed it for me.
