On a charged body shot makes enemys bleed for 15 seconds On a 360 headshot you get crits for 19 seconds 150 HP on any shot to your head+20 HP if wearing Gibus + using Machina
Apon shot all spies will be uncloaked Alows you to shoot rockets out of the air Anymore Let me know

360 headshots would be hard, crits with a sniper rifle is one shot on scout and sniper and is 2 shot on everything else, and seriously? Bleeding for 19 seconds?


Oh and BTW you cant "make" a cosmetic op unless you are a member of the Valve team. Even then it would still need to be approved.
