Hello!
This is a very amazing cosmetic. Read my comment on it, if you want to.

Anyways,
How can you make new weapons/cosmetics?
I have always wanted to learn how I can make new items to the game, and submit them to the workshop.
Do I use Source Film Maker?
What do I do?

Now im no uber model. hell, i cant even get SFM to work propely on my pc
but the tf2 wiki and the part of the workshop section(in game) tells you how to get started
Most of the items are free(such as paint.net, wings3D etc.) and it'll help you get started :)
