RCO causes crash

When workers arrive the game is always crashing. And there is a mistake with the fuel. You can not fill or buy it.

It does not cause crash. Workers arrive just fine and construction train leaves the building to construct rails. You also can buy fuel with no issues. Unsibscribe and subscribe back to mod to update it, as you might have bad download.
