Red Wig Fail
The grant needs 10 redwigs but I have been play for 3 real days 8 hrs each still 0 red wigs !!!

just read updates red is to rare not 1 in about 100 or more in game days

Red wigs are a huge income in big prison. It has to be this lower in order to keep the game balanced. The more mirrors you have, the more red hair you will get. Workers will go from one mirror to another much quicker if there is multiple mirrors
