Ashoka's True Heirs
+1 Yearly legitimacy
India languished without a single ruler ever since the downfall of Ashoka's empire. We Indo-Norse have united it, truly we are favored by the gods!
The Jungle Runestones
-2% Prestige decay
From the borders of Persia to the coasts of Ceylon, our knowledge and wisdom is recorded on the great runestones. The words of past emperors guides us, for the glory of the gods and of men.
The Wanderers
-10% Mercenary cost
Through the centuries, contact with our mother Scandinavia has remained steady via mercenary companies made of exiled Norwegians, Danes, and Swedes. They gladly offer their services as great warriors. For a price, of course.
The New Viking Age
+10% Privateer efficiency
+5% National trade income modifier
We Norsemen arrived in India as the most feared pirates in the world, but we abandoned
raids once we ruled all of India. However, with the whispers of rising European powers, it is time we rekindled that great honor. Hoist the sails, ready the oars and grab your battleaxes, the time of Ragnar has begun again!
The Imperial Fylkirate
+20% Religious unity
The diversity of religion in India is staggering, and it is the task of the Imperial Fylkirate to assure that these mishmash of faiths ultimately glorify the Allfather. And sometimes Kali.
The Blood-Eagle
-1 National unrest
Let's just say we know a thing or two about uppity bandits and their proper punishment.
Jarls of India
-10% Stability cost modifier
India is far too large for one man to rule. By delegating more power to the local Jarls, who in turn are governed by the suggestions of their General Things, even the lowliest man has an ear to the emperor.
Bonus:
+10% Infantry combat ability
EDIT:
Since Riso asked, here's a few alternate ideas I have in case the above aren't up to scratch
Legacy of Vinland
Can recruit Explorers and Conquistadors
Legends have it that Lief Erikson discovered a great land to the west, dubbed 'Vinland'. While obviously not as great as India, we should look into seeing if this supposed continent actually exists.
The Eastern Dragon
-5% Technology cost
Our border with the vast and rich land of China allows for trade, and the everflowing exchange of ideas. Some of their great scholars even find their way to our universities, teaching of chemistry, philosophy, and how to make this curious burning black powder...
Construct the Great Road
-10% Stability cost modifier
One of the greatest difficulties of controlling India is its sheer size. By building and organizing a vast array of stone roads, Odin help us, we might actually bring civilization to this land.
Court Norse
+2 Diplomatic reputation
The amount of languages in India is enough to addle the brain. By making the Indian dialect of Norse the official language of the courts, we can finally concentrate on important things, like killing tigers.
History of Strife
-10% Cost of reducing war exhaustion
We Indo-Norse are no strangers to war. Even when we were not out to conquer, we commonly dealt with rebellions in the jungled hinterlands. Our people are hardened to war, and even see it as routine.
The Wanderers: The 10% mercenary cost is too weak: other national ideas with 10% cost discount also have another perk, like the caucasian giving 25% more mercs in the same idea. Its also doesn't fit thematically, as mercs are emergency troops. How about no cost for reinforcing? Or maybe manpower recovery speed? Both represent rapid replenishment of your army, which does seem to fit here.
The New Viking Age: It seems to fit at first, but there's a problem. Privateering doesn't get trade modifers, any modifers at all good or bad. Ultimatly I feel the best choice is to make it a 25% privateer efficiancy bonus and add a decision that doubles the bonus in exchange for a penalty. Since penalties to better relations over time have been done to death, how about giving penalties to trade power abroad? It makes sense, why would people go to distant lands to trade for riches when they can seize them nearby?
The Imperial Fylkirate: The religious unity bonus is too small. Other ideas for kingdoms in india can be as big as 50%, looking at the flavor text perhaps use the "Negative religious Tolerance no longer gives any penalties.". Its like rome, just worship our gods and we're good, you can worships yours too. That, or add Missionary Strength and Missionary Strength vs Heretics in the same idea.
Legacy of Vinland: Great idea, vikings and explorers, but without a colonist they don't do much sadly. Norway gives 33% additional range in addition to this. Instead of adding a colonist right off the bat, how "Idea claim colonies" which allows for claims to be fabricated on any colonies, but to balance it out add a global tarriff penalty as viking colonies were very independant. Start with a premade colony, no colonial maintence costs required!
Finally, History of Strife: This is a great idea, however perhaps passive war exaustion would be better suited to the vikings. Only two nations have it, so it would be pretty unique.
All in all, great ideas on your part. I can only hope the converter will be working soon so I can play Vikings on War-Elephants, armed with cannons!

I've gotta brain storm some "generic" ideas for minor Indo-Norse countries though.
